SmartTB is a smart-phone application that can be used by both health care providers and TB patients in Tanzania. The SmartTB can register TB patients and monitor their medication adherence. In monitoring medication, a healthcare provider can receive a normal sms one day after when a patient misses clinics. Moreover, the patients may receive normal sms three days before a clinic day. Furthermore, the SmartTB can generate medication and patients for decision making.
